open play


{aka, mommy & me playtime!...or daddy & me, grandparent & me, etc...}

Open Play is a good way for you, and your child, to get to know ARROW.
It can also be a great time to meet friends for play dates or when you just need to get out of the house...come along with your little ones and have fun!

play with ARROW's toys or use our art supplies or play outside with us.
& feel free to bring over a snack from big city bread!
{note that you are responsible for your child during OPEN PLAY}

spanish for tots


join Sarah Ehlers for an exciting Spanish lesson! Your child will be exposed to different aspects of Spanish-speaking cultures through music, dancing & more fun surprises in each half hour session!

ages: 2 1/2 to 4 years of age
offered on: Mondays 12 - 12:30 pm (held in Studio C, our annex)
Drop-ins welcome (parent or caregiver must be in attendance), NO PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

- prenatal yoga:
offered on: wednesdays from 5:45 - 6:45 pm
designed for women in any trimester of pregnancy,prenatal Yoga is a great way to cultivate strength, flexibility, and stamina - all of which will help you feel great throughout your pregnancy as well as prepare your mind and body for Labor, Birth, and Motherhood. Along with breathing exercises and relaxation techniques, the Prenatal Yoga classes focus on poses that help ease the discomforts associated with pregnancy and prepare the body for
childbirth.  Drop-in $14; Six class card - $60.  No need to pre-register. 

- prenatal / postnatal yoga:
offered on: tuesdays from 9:15 - 10:15 am  
designed for women in any trimester of pregnancy who will have the chance to practice alongside new moms and their babies (4-6 weeks up to 4 months, or until you and baby are ready to graduate to the Mom & Baby class). Drop-in $14; Six class card - $60.  No need to pre-register.

- mama/baby yoga:
offered on: tuesdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am
For new mothers and babies - 6 weeks old to 18 months old.  Practice relaxation techniques, move and stretch with your baby, learn postures that can improve digestion and reduce fussiness.  Enjoy bonding with your baby and connecting with other moms. This class is a bit more interactive and geared toward older babies & toddlers (4-6 months up to two years) as well as moms who are ready for a bit more from their practice. Drop-in $14; Six class card - $60.  No need to pre-register.

*your first class is complementary with future classes being $14 drop-in or $60 / 6-visit punch card, no preregistration required.

Krista Jones, RYT, CD(DONA) is a yoga instructor and mother of three living and practicing in Athens, Georgia. She became pregnant with her first little girl while completing the Yoga Alliance 200-hr. Teacher Training at the Tallapoosa Center for Inner Arts. As her focus started shifting (along with her changing body), Krista then enrolled in the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through Mamaste program, which conforms to the safety guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) for exercise during pregnancy. Krista so enjoyed working with expectant and new mamas that she decided to undergo her Doula training through DONA International, so she can share her passion for childbirth and motherhood.
